We take our guests’ health seriously. In order for any pet to board or participate in Doggy Daycare at Four Paws Animal Hospital and Pet Resort (FPAH), the following guidelines will apply:

Your pet must be current on core vaccines administered by a licensed veterinarian and must be current on the other specified treatments below within the appropriate designated time frame. All fecal exams must have a negative result, or your pet will be retested at FPAH.

You agree to pay the rate for the pet care provided in effect on the date pet is checked into FPAH. *

You understand and agree that if your pet(s) become ill or injured, or if the state of the pet’s health otherwise requires professional attentions, FPAH, in its sole discretion, may engage the services of one of our veterinarians, at the owner’s expense. *

You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for any harm or damages caused by your pet(s) while at FPAH, and agree to pay for said harm or damages. *

You understand and agree that if your pet(s) are not picked up by the end of the business day, FPAH is authorized to take whatever action is deemed necessary for the continued care of your pet(s), and you agree to pay for any costs associated with that care. A late fee will be charged at FPAH’s discretion for no show appointments. *

We do allow toys, blankets, and beds to be brought in from home, and we will make every effort to return them, but occasionally misplacement of small items and towels can occur. You are responsible for labeling all belongings. WE DO NOT ALLOW RAWHIDE TREATS. *

You understand that no boarders will be released on Sundays, Holidays, or after hours. This is for the protection of our team and your pet(s). *

Your dog or cat must be current on a veterinarian-prescribed oral flea prevention. If your dog or cat is not current on a flea prevention meeting these qualifiers, they will receive a Capstar tablet at arrival and departure from boarding. *

You understand that photo and video may be taken of your pet while participating in FPAH activities, and that these photos and videos may be featured on our website or other FPAH material. *

You acknowledge that you understand that, while we have fire alarms in our building, our facility does not have a fire suppression system and pets in our care are unattended overnight. *

Dogs who would like to run & play in doggy daycare:

Must be over 12 weeks old, with a minimum of 2 sets of vaccines.
Must be spayed or neutered if older than 6 months of age.
Must not show any aggression towards other guests

Four Paws Animal Hospital and Pet Resort reserves the right to dismiss any dog from group play or boarding should they show aggressive or threatening behavior at any time.
